Medusa from one of my tales from "Delusions".
I wanted to draw her tonight, it just sounded more fun than sitting and doing nothing on facebook. haha.

Medusa (well..my Medusa at least) is a sweet woman, but when Poseidon tempts her... oh indeed that vain side comes out and she has a few "you want? too bad." moments.
Somehow she can hold it over Poseidon and win XD

I really wanted to do one of her super-flowy semi-translucent gowns. And draw her hair. It just sounded like a good idea :}
and I wanted to do just two colour-scheme, but ... that didn't work. I wanted more to pop.

p.s. i love her hair colour muwahaahhhahhahahaahaha

The detail is stunning, but I think the lines on her back should be closer to the sides of her body, not quite sure how to explain it.

i think i understand what you mean, the lines where her scapula are protruding should be less centered?
